Refund & Withdrawal Policy for Digital Products

1. Digital Products

All products sold through this website are digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, PDF files, guides, templates, digital resources, educational materials, and other downloadable content.

Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate access to the purchased digital product.

2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

However, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and applicable national consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium has begun, provided that:

  • You have expressly consented to the immediate performance of the contract;
  • You have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal;
  • The digital content has been delivered or made available to you.

3. Customer Consent

By completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product.

You acknowledge and agree that once the digital content has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, streamed, viewed, or otherwise made available to you, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal.

4. Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if the digital product has not been accessed, downloaded, opened, viewed, or otherwise used.

Refund requests submitted before access to the digital content has been granted will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. No Refunds After Delivery

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, viewed, or otherwise used.

After delivery of the digital content, refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided except where required by applicable law.

6. Defective or Inaccessible Products

If you experience technical issues that prevent access to your purchased digital product, please contact us promptly.

Where appropriate, we may:

  • Provide a replacement file;
  • Restore access to the product;
  • Offer technical assistance;
  • Correct technical errors;
  • Provide another reasonable remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where there is evidence of:

  • Product access or download;
  • Unauthorized sharing or distribution;
  • Abuse of refund policies;
  • Fraudulent transactions;
  • Chargeback abuse;
  • Any attempt to obtain digital products without legitimate payment.
